里仁一直想要推出「使用台灣米製成的米餅」，因緣際會下，里仁開發人員與「統百食品」合作，使用100%友善耕作的米做成口感酥脆扎實的米餅。非油炸的餅乾少了油膩感，鹹甜鹹甜，是大小朋友都愛的重口味點心。
