黑豆可以怎麼吃
先用預熱200度的烤箱烘烤15分鐘、或用中火翻炒10分鐘，放涼之後就可以當零食吃。將烘烤過的有機黑豆加入熱水燜10分鐘，就是一杯養生、味道清香甘甜的有機黑豆茶。
