Ingredients:
[Noodles]: Unbleached wheat flour, Chinese yam powder, water, and salt.
[Seasoning package]: Soybean oil, sesame oil, ginger, angelica sinensis (dong quai), ligusticum wallichi, lake salt, yeast flour, vegetable powder (carrot, tomato, apple, glucose), sugar, and vitamin E (antioxidant).
[Vegetable package]: Cabbage, sweet corn, tofu skin roll (bean, water), and wolfberry (goji).
Shelf Life: 10 months (unopened).
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Consume as soon as possible after opening.

Usage: Use one of the cooking methods below:
● Pour contents in the seasoning package and vegetable package in a bowl with noodles. Pour 400c.c. boiling water over and cover it for 6-7 minutes before serving. Or
● Boil 400c.c. water (about 3 bowls) in a pot. Add noodles, seasoning package, and vegetable package. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes before serving.

特選蒸煮麵體非油炸 Q彈美味更健康
除了中藥食材嚴格把關之外，麵體的製作也絲毫不馬虎。承昌以專業的製麵技術，麵體添加山藥、蒸煮乾燥、不經油炸、無添加修飾澱粉、麵質改良劑，不含化學添加物、防腐劑等添加物。並經過九個滾輪十四道輾壓，再切割成條以保持Ｑ度外，並將原本的麵體壓得更薄，並加長蒸炊的時間，讓麵體以達到熱水沖泡即可食用的程度。

麻油當歸沖泡麵的調理包不含化學添加物，主要是以當歸加上川芎等熬煮成醬料。蔬菜包有枸杞、甜玉米、豆皮捲、高麗菜，內容豐富又健康。食用時，將400CC沸水沖入碗中，蓋上碗蓋。依個人喜好泡5至7分鐘，即可享用方便的溫暖美味。
