Shipping Basics

Your order will be completed after payment is confirmed and received. Please allow us 3-5 business days to prepare your order, plus the additional shipping time (3-8 business days).

Shipping Rates

We use United States Postal Service, FedEx Ground, or truck freight lines to ship your orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email confirming the carrier and the estimated delivery date.

Not valid on previous purchases. Free shipping offers apply only to standard delivery service within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam are not eligible. Orders less than $99 will ship at a flat rate of $14.99.

Product Expiration Date

Since we only provide high quality products with little or no additives, the products have a relatively short shelf life. There is a minimum 30-day expiration date of the products that we ship. If you have any questions or concerns about the expiration date of the product, please contact us before placing an order.

Return Policy

Upon arrival, please check your shipment. If there is any error in the shipment or if there are any damages, please contact us immediately at customerservice@organicheartland.com or call (909) 598-9988 (Tue – Fri: 10:00am – 4:00pm PST). Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.

To be able to assess a damage claim correctly we require images of the following: 

1. Damaged good: Take a photograph of the damaged goods in their entirety, the photograph should show the damage to the goods.

2. External packaging: Take a picture of the damaged external/outer packaging and a picture where we can see the carrier postage label.

3. Internal Packaging: Take a picture of the internal packaging used to ship the parcel. The picture should show what internal packaging was used to protect the item inside the box during transit.
